Gifts and Benefits Register

The National Faster Rail Agency gifts and benefits guidelines recommend that Agency employees and officials do not accept gifts or benefits offered to them in the course of their work. Agency employees and officials are required to report and obtain approval for any gifts or benefits accepted, and the Agency maintains an internal gifts and benefits register. Where the value of the gift or benefit is greater than $100 excluding GST, the National Faster Rail Agency will publish the details on this page quarterly. In line with the guidance issued by the Australian Public Service Commission, the first reporting period was from 18 October 2019.

2022-2023

For the period:

For the period:

  • 1 July 2021 to 30 September 2021, the National Faster Rail Agency does not have any gifts or benefits to be published
  • 1 October 2021 to 31 December 2021, the National Faster Rail Agency does not have any gifts or benefits to be published
  • 1 January to 31 March 2022, the National Faster Rail Agency does not have any gifts or benefits to be published
  • 1 April to 30 June 2022, the National Faster Rail Agency does not have any gifts or benefits to be published

2020-2021

For the period:

  • 1 July 2020 to 30 September 2020, the National Faster Rail Agency does not have any gifts or benefits to be published
  • 1 October to 31 December 2020, the National Faster Rail Agency does not have any gifts or benefits to be published
  • 1 January to 31 March 2021, the National Faster Rail Agency does not have any gifts or benefits to be published
  • 1 April to 30 June 2021, the National Faster Rail Agency does not have any gifts or benefits to be published

2019-2020

For the period:
